Our events take place in Toronto. Each event page lists its confirmed venue and address. Check those details before travelling.
Can I come if I am new to bachata?
Choose an event with a class at a suitable level. If you are unsure, contact us before booking and we can help you find a starting point.
How do I buy tickets?
Open the event page and follow its ticket link when tickets are available. Ticket options and availability vary by event.
Are festival passes the same as social tickets?
No. Read the inclusions for the pass or event you are booking. Workshops, socials and other activities may have separate ticket requirements.
Where can I find times and schedules?
Confirmed times belong on each event page. Festival programming will be announced through the BLU pages as it becomes available.
Who should I contact about my booking?
Email info@fiestacanada.com with the event name and order reference. For a purchase through an external provider, also check your confirmation email.
What is the refund policy?
