Last updated: October 19, 2026. This policy explains how Fiesta Society handles information in connection with fiestasociety.com, event tickets, accounts, classes and inquiries.
Information used to provide our services
We process the information you provide when creating an account, buying tickets, registering for a class, registering to teach, or contacting us. Depending on the service, this includes your name, email address, billing details, order information, ticket or attendee details, registrations, attendance and messages. Our hosting and security systems also process technical information needed to operate and protect the website.
Why we use this information
We use relevant information to manage accounts, process and support orders, deliver tickets, verify event admission, handle authorized transfers, organize classes and attendance, respond to inquiries, prevent misuse, and maintain transaction and security records.
Payments and service providers
Ticket checkout uses WooCommerce and Stripe. Stripe processes payment details under its own privacy practices. Do not send payment-card numbers by email or through the contact form. Hostinger provides website hosting. We use service providers to support website operation, payments and communications; information may be processed in countries other than your own.
Teachers, event staff and partners
Relevant class and registration information is available to authorized teachers and staff for the services they manage. Ticket information supports authorized event admission and customer service. Partner referral records associate qualifying orders with a referral code and retain transaction attribution. Public teacher profiles display information published for that purpose.
Cookies and referral tracking
The site uses cookies and session information for functions such as sign-in, carts and registration continuity. If you choose to remember a partner referral, the referral cookie can retain that attribution for up to 30 days. You may continue without remembering the referral. A valid referral code entered at checkout takes priority over a remembered referral. Browser controls let you remove cookies, although some site functions may stop working.
Email and newsletter choices
Account, password-setup, order and service messages are separate from marketing. Creating an account, buying a ticket or contacting us does not itself subscribe you to marketing. The newsletter signup links to Mailchimp. You can unsubscribe from marketing through the link in a marketing email.
Retention and your requests
We retain information for the service, transaction, recordkeeping and security purposes for which it is needed. Some records may need to be retained to meet applicable obligations or resolve disputes. Contact us to request access to or correction of your information, ask about deletion, or raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Deletion requests do not automatically remove records that must be retained.
External services and updates
Links and embedded content from external services are subject to those services’ privacy practices. We may update this policy when our services or practices change; the date above identifies the latest revision.
